Instead of focusing on how we work together like we usually do with this image (though different gifts, we are one body), this message will have a different bend: Just like a body, we are meant to DO something together. The church is not a provider of spiritual goods and services, but people called by God to work together to DO something. To proclaim and live out the WHOLE gospel of Jesus Christ. We are an extension of Jesus ministry in the here and now, through the power of the Spirit.
