Our favorite seasons of life are normally times of increase. Think back to a time in your profession where your responsibilities or income of a job increased. Maybe it was your family increasing with more children. Sometimes we see increase of possessions, like times at Christmas and that brings some joy. For others increased time with family is a favorite season, like holidays and three day weekends. For some it is increased time for a hobby, hunting, fishing, sports, cooking and yes, even couponing. But may I suggest to you that the greatest season of life IS when CHRIST Increases in YOUR LIFE! He increases when you DECREASE your wants, will, and desires that are selfish, even sinful and give way to HIM. IT is TIME for Christ to Increase in your life, in your family, in your work place in our Church, our community and our country. "He must Increase, we must decrease."
