When it comes to interest, talents and abilities and natural gifts, they can be used to help build up the church. There are some who are not interested in going to a church�"but they do have special interests and needs that could connect with your gifts and abilities. I Peter 4:10 mentions that we should be using whatever gifts we have received to help others. What would happen if we were to offer groups that would tap into those special interests and needs of others? The Shared Interest Group Model is an opportunity to open up our small group strategy to all different kinds of people�"no matter where they are on the faith spectrum.
