In 1997, God called Pastor Maxwell to establish a ministry in the city of Lake Butler, FL which is now known as Victory Christian Center. In 1998, Pastor Maxwell realized a need for spiritual covering and became a member of Covenant Fellowship International. He is in full covenant with Bishop Vaughn McLaughlin and the Potter's House Christian Fellowship of Jacksonville, Florida. Victory Christian Center is thriving to impact North Central Florida with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Maxwell is married to the love of his life Pergina and they have two children, Patrick, Jr (3) and Princess Grace (1). Pastor Maxwell, along with his wife Lady Maxwell, leads the dynamic ministry of VCC and they are models for families and marriages to many at VCC. He has also been recognized for many accomplishments of leadership in his community.
